Warranty T&C’s
In the unlikely event a system has a failure, don’t worry we have you covered!
All components, hardware and materials we install all carry a 2 year manufacturer warranty.
All labour by All Access Entry Systems is covered for 1 year. The reason we cover our labour for only 1 year is because we have to take all environmental aspects into consideration and we feel this is a fair limit for something beyond our control.
This means….. if your system has a fault within 12 months we will cover all costs of sourcing and rectifying any faults. if your system has a fault after 12 months but before 24 months we will cover any costs of any components but labour will be charged at our standard rate.
If for any reason within 12 months our installation has been breached , tampered or adapted in anyway by the end user or any third party company All Access Entry Systems warranty will be voided immediately.
In this instance, manufacturers warranties will still be in place and we will still follow this up but all labour is chargeable at our standard rate.
Upon completion of our installation our engineer will explain all of the above during the handover.
