At All Access Entry Systems, we stand behind our work. Your new automated gate, CCTV system, home security, intercom, barrier, or bollard comes with a robust 24-month parts manufacturer warranty. It applies to both residential and commercial installations in York, Leeds, Harrogate, Ripon, Bradford, and all surrounding towns—from Acomb to Huddersfield.
All labour by All Access Entry Systems is covered for 12 months. This means if your system has a fault within the first 12 months we will cover all costs of sourcing and rectifying any faults. However, if your system has a fault after the first 12 months but before the first 24 months we will cover any costs of any components but labour will be charged at our standard rate.
If for any reason within the first 12 months our installation has been breached , tampered or adapted in anyway by the end user or any third party company All Access Entry Systems warranty will be voided immediately.
In this instance, the manufacturers warranty will still be in place and we will still happily follow this up and fix any issues but all labour is chargeable at our standard rate.
Upon completion of our installation our engineer will explain all of the above during the handover.
